Terms of Service

Version terms-v1 · Effective 2026-09-18
This document is published in English, which is the binding version; any translation is provided for convenience only.

These Terms govern your use of the L2 OldWorld website, account panel and game servers (together, the “Service”). By creating an account you accept them.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country if higher. You may not use the Service if we have previously suspended you.

2. Your master account

3. Rules of conduct

You agree not to:

Server-specific rules published in-game or on our website also apply.

4. Virtual items and currency

Characters, items, coins and any other virtual content have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use them within the Service; you do not own them. Servers may be reset (“wiped”), merged or closed.

5. Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions to keep the Service running. Coins granted for a donation are a thank-you, not a purchase. Donations are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. A chargeback or payment reversal may lead to removal of the related coins and suspension of the account.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put the Service or other players at risk. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account under our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without guarantees of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, L2 OldWorld is not liable for indirect damages, loss of virtual items or loss of progress.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the website and, when they affect your rights, you will be asked to accept them again.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
